You can ask your doctor if they participate or call (503) 731-4020 for a list of places where you can get free shots through the Vaccines for Children program.
How can you keep track of your child's immunization records?
Oregon ALERT is a statewide program that keeps track of children's immunization records. This makes it convenient for you and your doctor or clinic to easily find out which shots your kids got or need to get. It doesn’t matter how many different places your child got their shots.
